Returns Policy
We hope you love all our products. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please read our policy below:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings or discounted items.
- Any free items you have received (microfiber/velvet pouch or jewelry/accessory) must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned, the original cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount (microfiber pouch 2 euros, plastic pouch 1.50 euros).
- The item must be returned to us within 30 days from delivery (domestic and international).
- We do not cover any costs for returning items. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping expenses. This includes any amount paid for delivery or return of the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
- All items must be completely unused and in their original packaging or pouch.
- Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a quality assessment and if the item is returned damaged or worn in any way, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you.
- Please email us at info@myrtema.com for further instructions. We will contact you within 24 hours, stating the order number and your full name.
- For International Returns: When filling out the customs form, please list the package as "RETURNED GOODS - ZERO VALUE". Any customs duties imposed on MYRTEMA will be deducted from your refund if not done.
- Please note: If you are returning entire large orders, we will deduct €5 from your refund due to packaging/shipping costs.
